The Georgian Grand Ballroom
With its sense of French charm, vaulted ceiling, ornate embellishments and exquisite chandeliers, the Grand Ballroom combines both the Garden Ballroom and the Rose Suite. This outstanding large open plan room comes with its own private entry. It provides ample natural light – making it perfect for your wedding photography, a private bar, and picture-perfect views of the landscaped ornate gardens.
The Deck Room
Available to seat a banquet capacity of 230 guests, the alfresco ambience of the Deck Room is the perfect complement to a glamorous wedding venue. The glass conservatory structure and floor to ceiling windows mean an abundance of natural light. While the timber decking floors makes this event space ideal for dancing the night away. The Deck Room has its own private balcony and offers spectacular views over the gardens and Golf course for that added touch of romance.
The Garden Ballroom
Inspired by the chateaus of France and with a banquet capacity of 480 guests, the sparkling ornate chandeliers, crafted designer wall embellishments and vaulted ceiling of the Garden Ballroom coupled with the prestigious garden views and outdoor terraces all combine to give your wedding a touch of French charm and elegance.
The Elizabeth Suite
For that smaller, more intimate wedding reception, the Elizabeth suite is the perfect event space. The venue is situated off the original manor’s staircase and has a seating capacity for 60 guests. This boutique drawing room and outdoor cocktail terrace allow your guests to enjoy outstanding views across the golf course and encompassing landscapes. Petite chandeliers and original timber panelling, together with abundant natural light, make this an exceptional room for a more private, wedding. Your guests will enjoy raising a cocktail here to the bride and groom!
The Rebecca Suite
Steeped in historical French charm, the Rebecca suite is part of the original 1830’s house and is named after the explorer William Lawson’s daughter and Oatlands House first bride. This beautiful boutique open plan event space has a capacity seating of up to 110 guests. Its wrap-around outdoor terrace offers stunning garden views of the Oatlands Chateau.
The Rose Suite
With exquisite views across the Rose Garden, along with the ornate embellishments and petite crystal chandeliers, the Rose Suite offers a sophisticated level of French charm. Available to seat up to 190 guests, this room provides the perfect wedding atmosphere throughout the year.

The 80 seating Rose Garden venue, complete with a French-style water fountain, is the ideal location for the classic French-style chateau wedding and is the perfect answer for the romantic garden ceremony you always dreamed of having.
The Vineyard
Breath in the majestic and romantic vineyard setting as you say your vows. With its extensive views over the rolling green Golf course and gardens, this rustic venue setting is unique to Oatlands House. Gourmet Menu
